We serve clients from any country as long as you are targeting English-speaking audience. Our past and current clients are located mainly in US, Canada, India, UK, Australia, Scandinavia, Germany, and France.
Our team works remotely from different locations – mainly France, India, UK, US and Philippines. This includes customer service and sales team, and operational team. We also partner with other agencies and freelancers depending upon the project.
No, we work on monthly basis. Only for ads campaigns, we do ask for a 3-month commitment to give the campaigns time that they need to produce results and scale them using best practices.
To get started, we will need accesses to the relevant platforms or any creatives like images and videos that are required for the campaigns.
Depending upon the project, we have a custom onboarding process where we go through all the requirements for a successful project.
Absolutely. Anything and everything that we produce are yours to keep, even when we don’t work together.
Absolutely! No matter what your project is – a single piece of content or $1000 a day ad management, we will provide you a dedicated project manager who will work with you and coordinate with our team. But if, on need basis, you want to meet our delivery team, your project manager will include them (only if required).
